AT&T U-verse → u-verse router/gateway

I recently got u-verse. I had been using a Linksys home router to network my 2 PCs. Now, with same settings, they can't talk to each other. Anything special I need to do to get them to talk to each other? (they see the Internet just fine thru the gateway, just not EACH OTHER)

are both of the computers on the same subnet?

mine is: ip: 192.168.1.x subnet: 255.255.255.0

if all your computers are on the same subnet they can see each other. next they all need to be on the same subnet as the RG to be able to access the internet and have the RG set as the Default Gateway (my default gateway ip and i believe the default is 192.168.1.254)

that is assuming that you are only having tcp/ip v4 problems.
