Get a cheap notebook, from ebay, walmart, or best buy, during those seasonal specials... Get a 3g usb adapter OR an expresscard, OR better yet a mini-pci express 3g card for the laptop. It of course takes careful planning & research ahead of time. Those long contracts horrible. I can connect to my laptop through my cell phone via usb OR bluetooth.
