| [General] Wrong lines cancelled
We have 4 DSL lines - 3 have dedicated purposes, 1 for browsing. Boss decided to cut costs by halving the dsl lines (honestly a good idea) - So I configure everything over the xmas break expecting lines 2 and 4 to be gone- come in on Monday to no internet at the office. Turns out AT&T cancelled lines 1 and 3, AND lost the static IP's. SO I have to troubleshoot for about 3 hours on the phone, THEN wait for a level 2 tech to call me back, which he used to set an appt for the next day.
Credit for this month, and in the end although our statics are different, we are back up.

Could it be that the Boss cancelled the wrong lines? He's the only one who could cancel them. |
