Any more than that, and you may decide you don't need to buy their TV services from them...

Not sure about Neltfliz but I know movies downloaded from Amazon, PSN, XBL or Itunes wouldn't exceed 2 GB if it was a 2 hour movie for 480p. 3 GB a day is 90 GB a month. kind of low in my opinion better than what TW and at&t have in mind. and at last instead of rediculous overage fees they jst throttle you down( which is smarter if you whole suppoed reqasoning for caps in the first place is preserving network capacity ).

You still get internet access at 1.5 Mbps if you exceed the cap. You post infers you wouldn't be able to use your connection once you exceeded 3 GB. you still can.
