That they have realized they had a bad reputation when it comes to customer service, and they are being pro-active about it, not just re-active.
I personally, have had nothing but positive experience with Comcast at multiple addresses, but kudos nonetheless. |

1 edit | Truly being proactive would mean actually fixing the systemic problems mentioned in the news item above that create the customer service issues in the first place. Reacting to Web postings and Twitters, while commendable, simply demonstrates that there's significant unsolved problems in customer service and tech support. It's the equivalent of applying multiple band-aids to a sucking chest wound, in the hopes that no one will notice the difference.
