Truly being proactive would mean actually fixing the systemic problems mentioned in the news item above that create the customer service issues in the first place. Reacting to Web postings and Twitters, while commendable, simply demonstrates that there's significant unsolved problems in customer service and tech support. I personally, have had nothing but positive experience with Comcast at multiple addresses, but kudos nonetheless. |
