There is an automatic, 10-day long, two-speed step, speed ramp on upgrades for the lines connected to a CO. You are on the ramp. Leave your 2Wire on 24/7 to complete the speed ramp.

Chances are high that with an attenuation of 54.8 dB your line will fail to make the speed steps in the next 10 days. If that happens the the techs in AT&T Direct forum can manually raise your speed to the full 3008 IF your line can support that speed stably. Wait until your 10 days have passed before taking it to them. |
