Good show Bob. I hope you are for real and a followup on this is done. I have read many complaints regarding service and connection in the Miami area. Here in Central PA the service and connection are excellent.

Thank you for the clarification Bob. DSLR has a forum here, »Atlantic Broadband, which you may be interested in in order to address your customers issues. You would have to join DSLR but that is no big deal and this is the greatest site for broadband users on the net.
