The people who have procrastinated, fail to comprehend the situation, or have otherwise failed to take the necessary steps at this point will be the same people who remain at the end of any additional waiting period. It is only when the change is imposed that the last people will do anything about it. Some people will always have to be dragged, kicking and screaming, into the future. The sooner it is done, the sooner the kicking and screaming will end. |
