Re: You know what would help my customer satisfaction? Fios may have some complaints, but it's still better than the crap Comcast uses.
At least fios has channel logo's for quick channel brand recognition. Updated graphics, Multi-Room DVR, integration with your home PC network with the Media Manager software, Cover art on VOD titles, Widgets with customized traffic, weather and local news. Games, yes games! Web based DVR scheduling, and much much more planned in the works. |
