Ticke - 314375 - Not receiving calls since one month ?
I am not receiving the incoming calls since last one month , tried all sorts and still not working.., what is happening to sunrocket... I hope it is alive very much...
rised the issue and got the ticket 314375.., does anyone works on these tickets..
status on this is very much appreciated.

This is the TeleBlend forum. TeleBlend took over many Sunrocket accounts, but not all of them.
Is TeleBlend your current Voip company?
If so, then I am sure that the TeleBlend representative will be seeing your post tomorrow.
But if TeleBlend is not the right company, you need to figure out who you are dealing with.
Again, SUNROCKET is out of business for a long time now.

I have looked at this ticket and just answered you back. I see inbound calls on this account going all the way back to November. All these inbound calls do have plenty of call length on them (20 minutes, 5 minutes, etc).
Reply back to the ticket and we can work through what you are experiencing and make sure we have everything figured out.
