Re: You know what would help my customer satisfaction? The beauty of their DVR service is that they let the CUSTOMER do the QC. I got THREE bad DVRs in a row - THREE! And that was after sitting at home waiting for delivery and then finding out that they claim I have canceled my appointment (a lie). This happened twice.
So, after calling corporate in Philly I get a good DVR - I am now very sorry I didn't just buy a TiVo.
There is an AT&T VRAD under construction (well, not today - too friggin cold!) a few blocks from here - maybe we will get lucky be the Spring! -- Illegitimati non carborundum
