When I clicked on the Vonage claim form link, I was taken to another page of similar unrelated links. I never did find the claim form. But the problem with these suits, most of the plaintiffs (customers!) have no idea the suit exists, and most that do don't file the claim forms. So the money leftover goes to lawyers and such.

1. My understanding was that any sort of legal claim notices must be sent in hardcopy to the mailing address on the account, and electronic copies sent via email, as in this case, are not legitimate.
2. Didn't Vonage go public a few years ago? If so, any legal disputes the company is in the midst of must be reported to its shareholders and should thus be available online. I've been searching online for more info pertaining to the class action lawsuit, but there's nothing online other than the website listed in the email and other forums such as these with people questioning its validity like us.
