No answer other than not to worry, I won't be billed for any extra usage.This wasn't what I had asked Bell, I wanted to know how I could track down the cause of the higher than expected traffic.
Good luck! Bell can't answer questions like that unless your problem were to be forwarded to the right people, and support certainly won't do that! Many only barely seem to know who their supervisor is let alone who a question like that would go to!
