I agree

I switched from Comcast to Verizon Fios in my last house when it became available. Fios was great at first, but began to have outages. Their tech support got worse and worse. This past summer we moved, and only Comcast was available. I've been nothing but happy with the service and tech support ever since. It has never been out in 7 months. Great improvement in this area.
