Have tried this with my 2wire and my Netopia (kills the 2wire) both experience identical bandwidth caps.
I need someone to rip and rebuild my redback profile please.
The speeds posted in the subject are from the ATT DSL Speedtest page, selection Dallas TX.
The tests show the exact same speed every time, indicating a
qos / traffic shaping problem instead of a physical / transport layer difficulty.
Someone please help, I am not going to pay for Elite service just to receive DSL Express speeds.
