I've found the ratings to be pretty accurate about some complexes we've lived in prior to buying a house.

One place i would not even think of moving to is the west side of pearland and 288. I was there at the end of the summer and man it is sot the same when i lived there and would never move back to that part of town. Silver lake has got twice the size it was vs 2 years ago.

Also the crime rate has gone up in that part of town thats for sure.
