Most of the time it's a overheating issue.

You are SO RIGHT!!! I thought it was me. I've had 3 (THREE!) N1 Vision routers overheat and freeze up. They all have the same problem. Of course their RMA process is relatively painless but re-configuration of the router/port forwarding/DMZ is a PITA!!! Unbelieveable.
