This reminds me of the gaming (which appears to be) happening on DSLR. How do no-name providers like Mountain Cablevision and Source Cable Ltd. maintain the 1-2 spots on The Fastest Downloads with all anonymous speed tests?

Maybe all of Belkin's reviews are from loyal customers.

It's a bit odd that, unlike most companies in speedtests the #1 and #2 companies have 99% anonymous tests.

May be possible, but it is a large anomaly. Something that could be looked into by the BBR admins.
