There may be, or someone can share theirs, but honestly you don't even want it. Hyperterminal and tftp (free one from solarwinds) takes care of you.

12.2(24a) is the newest version you can run, AFAIK.
If it doesn't have it, it can "be found". Probably even *ahem* by PM'ing various members here.

I've only used a netgear and a cisco, and the cisco (once running) beats it hands down. My parents' have one that ran for probably 8 years before lightning took it out. Ebay has several used and few new ones that seem to have a premium price tag. I know these are obsolete so I'm kinda on my own after the purchase.
