Running two transmitters (analog & digital) has a much larger carbon foot print and is not green. Would think Al Gore and all his environmentalists cronies would be all over this trying to make sure the switch over occurs.
But, all those people who didn't get converter boxes will sit around eating more, becoming obese, and contributing to the rising costs of health care.
