I don't see any issues like that.

I paid $7.77 for shipping on a Walker #15665 Catalytic Converter back on 01-20-09 that is seen at the beginning of this topic above and checking the same item shipped to the same address using the same ground service again it is showing $7.16 at this moment. A drop of $0.61 cents for the same shipping of the same item/item weight since January '09.

Your item/items may be at a different location/multiple locations or of an excess weight or excess size/odd shape which any single or combination order of would change the shipping costs significantly.

Correct, you can use a single code multiple times (multiple separate purchases) and even share the code with anyone that you know as the "only" restriction is the expiration date. After that date, the code is no longer accepted. So you can get 5% off every time that you buy parts from Rock Auto and you don't have to wait for the next code to come out as long as the code you have is not expired.
