Re: Dish Network I've never had an issue with DirecTV customer support, for over 2 years, or AT&T customer support for 6 months.
I think it really depends on who picks up on the other end when it comes to DirecTV, I have heard a lot of bad stories heh |

| I am going to wait till AT&T get's there act together for my location they told us November, December, January and now they don't know when... I am not getting DirectTV on my house that is all I know unless it is beneficial to me. The whole reason was for faster internet + Whole HOME DVR. |

Yeah, it just depends on who you get just like alot of companies. With DirecTV I've had a terrible experience, hung up and called right back and got exactly the help I needed. |
