Very much an entitlement mentality. Yet, Bell has yet to figure out why they keep losing customers (me included). However, their internet service isn't nearly as bad as their cellular - they are losing more customers then George Bush is losing brain cells. These guys charge $2 more a month for system access then anyone else (and system access is non-government - just a way to improve profit). Bell hasn't clued into the fact that there are other providers that are willing to do more for less and with better quality, english speaking reps and with a cheerful attitude. Bell *used* to be good, something serious has happened over the past 2 or 3 years. Oh well...not missing them any. Ha, those monkeys even believe that they have the monopoly on the white/yellow pages...haha...chumps.
