In Bristol, TN and Bristol, VA both have their own electric and internet structure... God knows its much more cheaper and a heck of a lot better than Charter and TVA-- for electric which serves that area. I moved 30 minutes away and am now stuck with Charter for both cable and internet... and am at least thankful Vonage is an option for phone.
