DOCSIS 3.0 Available in Barrington, IL

Just got a letter in the mail from Comcast that states that they will be upgrading my Blast! Internet service to Ultra at no additional charge. The only action required is to go to my service center and pick up the new modem.

My question is what modem should I be expecting? Right now my modem is an ARRIS TM502G with IP phone service. Is there a DOCSIS 3.0 modem with the same capabilities? Also what type of speed boost should I expect? Right now I am consistently seeing 30 Mb/s down and 5 Mb/s up.
