If you HAVE to have a 4+mb connection, do research before you purchase a home....
That like saying people in rural area don't deserve phone service, electricity or running water or decent roads.
the whole "if you don;t like it move" is a dumb idea. just imagine if all the people in those rural areas did in fact move ot the "big city" that city would see a huge increase in population which would make traffic worse and strain infrascture of all types including roads, utilities, schools and hospitals. The that city would have to increase taxes to pay for the infrastructure improvements. If I'm living in the city I'd rather pay about 1% that cost to make sure those in the boonies can at least have access to broadband.
