| [General] Local plan
Hi,
I'm looking for a VoIP plan with unlimited incoming, local unlimited outgoing and PAYG LD something like Vbuzzer has for Toronto and in the same price range. Vbuzzer's plan would be good for me but they didn't have Montreal DIDs for the last year. I wonder if Future-Nine is able to offer this plan. |

| Broavoice offers true unlimited, free number porting and free HT 502
(Well there is an activation fee so the equipment is not free) Ok so 2 out of 3 then. Shipping you would pay if you ordered it yourself elsewhere.
If you are not porting a number, and have equipment F9 may be cheaper since I do not see anything about taxes. Many of the mainstream companies charge these fees.
Before anyone says anything about them retaining numbers, it is a myth. I do not have them, I had them for 2 years a while back. I ported a number into and out of their lowest cost BYOD lite plan .

If you walk through the ordering process (I just did ) at the end before you confirm...
Monthly Charge * : $9.95 Universal Service Fee * : $1.97 Emergency 911 Cost Recovery Fee* : $1.00 Regulatory Recovery Fee Explain * : $2.50 Activation Fee : $39.95 Device Fee : $89.95 -------------------- Device Discount : -$89.95 --------------------- Shipping & Handling : $14.95 Total : $70.32 |

And see this thread: »[General] Please recommend a good Canadian (GTA) VoIP Provider |

You don't want to take Acanac or for instance any other similar service. It's so cheap for a reason, trust me... No don't trust, just do some goggling for Acanac - it's an exemplary example.
The right approach is not to start from "unlimited" criteria, but rather to find a short list of reliable providers, and then see what can they offer to you. I would wholeheartedly support future-nine, but of course there are few more well regarded services. |
