apparently the ISP business model in the U.S. is not to increase capacity when their customer base grows, but to throttle and cap. |

Minneapolis, MN | One doesn't need to increase the number of subscribers to run into bandwidth issues. Bandwidth consumed per subscriber has steady increased, and by quite a bit.
The same infrastructure that might've been fine 9 months ago could very well be congested now without adding a single customer. |
