Pikatel Airmax-101 modem

I am connected to TTnet via a Pikatel Airmax-101 modem, which in turn is connected to a DL-604 router to feed two pc's.
I am trying to find some English instructions for the Airmax.
I have port forwarded the DL-604 but now need to do the same with the Airmax. Does anyone either have the knowledge or English instructions to help me please?
