Thanks for the photo. It's a little dark. If you get time can you tell me what color goes to what number. That would probably be all I would need to wire my own.

1 - Blue
2 - Orange
3 - Black
4 - Red & Black (from phone line)
5 - Green and Yellow (from phone line)
6 - Yellow
7 - Brown
8 - Grey

It looks like the only two wires from the ISDN are needed to connect to pins 4 and 5 on the RJ45 jack.
