There could be a couple of reasons why you are defaulting to SZ Lite rather than the full-featured SZ, one of which is a monitor setting of 800 X 600. You could be using an unsupported browser, such as Chrome. Or, you could be using a Firefox extension that blocks AJAX functionality such as NoScript. Lastly, check your SZ preferences to make sure you haven't chosen to use Lite over the full-fledged version of SZ. SZ should be able to determine you local time zone. -- There is no dark side of the moon really, matter of fact it's all dark |

@comcast.net | reply to daisyfitz I suggest switching to an ISP-agnostic email system e.g., Gmail.
Having your email address be independent of your Internet Service Provider is usually prudent.

Try using Internet Explorer to view SmartZone. This should allow the full version of SmartZone to load, which doesn't experience this bug. |

| I cannot figure out how to change the time on my email. It is approx. 10:30 p.m. eastern time yet all my emails (incoming and outgoing) are showing a 3:00 a.m. time. This looks really bad to people I'm sending to and also I cannot track what time people are sending me emails throughout the day as the time is WAY OFF. I chatted live with a Comcast virtual tech but it appears there is not a fix at this time. I was sent a link to log the problem which I have done. Just wondering if anyone else with the new smartzone is experiencing this and if you were able to fix. Thanks in advance... |
