Residential only?

Is the new DOCSIS 3.0 only on the residential side? I checked the online qualifier for my office. It shows the new speeds available on the residential side but not the comcast.net business side.

Outdated database? Or not available to businesses?

For the most current info about service at your exact business location, it's a good idea to call the local comcast business office (or your CC biz. rep. if you are already a CC business customer). Online DB may be behind, too general for your EXACT address, or (unfortunatly) wrong.

At this time, only certain areas of the DOCSIS 3.0 rollout are currently supporting Commercial DOCSIS 3.0 connections. To my knowledge, Portland, OR has the 22/5 service available, and the Twin Cities has had it since the get go.
