Although it does not seem to have great range so it would seem that it might be rare, depending on your situation. Which is fine, if you don't live where there's any kind of housing density (e.g., townhouse, condo, apartment, closely spaced single-family homes, etc.) But, given the number of such housing in many of Verizon's markets, it seems like there's a good probability of getting your bandwidth leached by local callers.
