They charge you for the phones, and you pay for the broadband connection, and now they want to charge you again for using either. Sheesh. I guess I could see an equipment charge or a small monthly fee, but a "Service plan"? Gimmie a break. You're only doing part of the work for them as they still have to route your call on the back-end (call termination). Since no cell phone carrier guarantees service indoors, this is a neat feature. It all depends on how expensive per month it is, especially the unlimited plans they refer to. |
