I caught it. And I could almost live with it if the device was free, but it costs $250. So VZW is asking people to PAY to fix their coverage issues. And, for that $250, all you get is a stronger signal--minus EVDO--and you use your Internet connection to transport the call. What a deal!
That's correct... BUT if you get a useable EVDO signal from a nearby tower then you can use EVDO while using the 1X(RTT) connection from the femtocell!
