Me: I have to stand upside down on one foot to get a signal in my house! And every other carrier has a signal here so I want to cancel!!!! Sprint: Please hold. -----> Connect to retentions... Sprint: Hello sir blah blah may I ask what you're reason for cancelling is? Me: There is no signal in my house and unless you build a tower in my backyard I see no reason to pay 120$ a month for a service that doesn't work. Sprint: Well sir we actually have a device called the airave, blah blah blah. Me: How much does it cost? Sprint: I can add the service at no additional cost and will ship the unit next day at absolutely no cost to you. Me: Cool
