once i get a cable box i will do the pixel counting i do not have video out on the tv that is in my room (computer was moved else were)

EXACTLY how are you "pixel counting"?

Are you sending the video to an analog capture card?

EXACTLY how are you "pixel counting"?

Are you sending the video to an analog capture card?
one can count each square pixel on the screen

Yeah.... Like anyone would believe your hand counting

Save a capture, especially a digital one, and use the resolution shown during playback. It'd be more accurate...

Please don't. We're in the RoadRunner forum. I came here trying to find out more about why speeds are dog slow tonight and instead I'm treated to a pixel fight.

In any case, RR support is saying it's a known issue - they expect it to last overnight.

Why should I count when software will do it for me?

For whatever reason, your shot has an 8 pixel grey border on the bottom. Otherwise it's 1 field (hence the interlace artifacts) of a 1080i frame of 1920x1080. That's HD.
