anon posted : I want to order U-Verse 400 package with all bells and whistles including telephone and 18Mbps internet but my house (2 story) is not ethernet wired...do they do the install? they charge for it? I want to wire for 1Gb so can I supply the Cat5e or Cat6 cable? Can I ask someone to survey my house prior than having it drilled? I'm scare to death that they send me a guy with little experience and that he makes a mess out of everything... Anyone with experience on this type of setup?

Cheers and thanks
