On Demand Not Working?

On Demand on both channel 1 and 999 states the following:

Error Retrieving Data

E1003
A set-top interactivity problem has occurred. Please try again after a brief time.


Receiver is a DCT700. Anyone else having this problem?

Never seen that code before. Try power-cycling the box (unplug power, plug back in and WAIT until the clock comes back up before you turn it on). Beyond that - it may be a headend issue, too.

Try the power-cycle. If that doesn't work, give it some time or call Charter.

Nope, not a new receiver...have had it for a few years. On Demand works on the receiver in the living room.

I remembered our electrical service had a glitch this morning that forced my battery backup/ups into action. Decided to unplugged everything from the receiver in my office to see if a reset would fix it. It did!

I should have tried that before posting.
