| odd Service, great customer care
My company has been with megapath for many years now. I don't actually deal with the billing or anything but I did have the opportunity to call in requesting the status as we were adding an additional circuit. At first I was confused, and almost frantic I am not technically savvy so messing with this kind of stuff makes me nervous. But the young and vibrant gentlemen picked up the phone in.. had to be less then 5 minutes. His name was Roel. He assured me with his smooth and charming voice. Really calming me. He had excellent speaking skills that I can only describe as making me feel "zen"-like about the services that my company has requested and acquired through megapath. I got off the phone feeling happy and reassured that I was being taken care of. I was glowing the rest of the day. As much as I dislike Customer care related issues I look foreword to the day that I get to call back in again and speak with such a charming and witty gentlemen as he was. | |
