In southeastern U-VERSE deployment being so slow as there are not many RT-SITES out there.

Actually there are a lot of remote solutions in the SE territories. BellSouth led in the deployment of deep fiber till FiOS came along. There's just a lot of rework needed because AT&T does things their way with their equipment. |
