Yawn!

And so begins another chapter in the battle of P2P piracy and the RIAA. In the end the priates will win, just as they always have. Did the lawsuits, stop piracy? NO! If an ISP cuts off a connection the user wil lsimply move on to another ISP in their area. And lets not forget, as the RIAA and MPAA efforts to track pirates has stepped up so have the pirates efforts to go undetected. All it takes is another P2P app with another new design that changes packets and game set match, the next battle in the war goes to P2P piracy.

As i side not, I do not share or use P2P networks, however it has been and still is my stance to this day that these networks are not illegal. The simple fact is no one sharing the music or movies is making a profit, they are simply sharing their enjoyment with others. I see nothing wrong with this, especaially when you go to the store buy a CD and out of 12 songs, 2 if any are good.
