Only thieves who are the majority of the internet users in the USA need be worried. Thieves are not the majority force on the internet. All one has to do is look at the reasoning behind bandwidth caps to realize that. The reasoning behind bandwidth caps, is poorly implemented network infrastructure. You don't sell a product/service if you cannot supply it. Instead of upping speed tiers, maybe just reduce the amount of speed, and wait until the last mile can sustain, this added 'usage'. |
