@velcom.ca		Not Sure Im getting The Correct Speeds?

This has probably been asked already, but is this correct? I'm suposed to be getting 5 Mb/ 800 kb but according to various speed tests i am getting around 600 kbps/400 kbps with 148 ms ping. Is something wrong?

@velcom.ca		 Nvrm Closed. Realized it was 5 M Bits not Byte
