This is a nonevent until it expands. I've a friend in the southern part of Garland, TX (just south of I-30) who is stuck in AT&T hell, where they haven't even deployed DSL. Verizon is only a block away...if this isn't about competing with AT&T, I sure wish Verizon would throw a bone about other planned overbuilding areas...
