My guess is that they'll develop their own, competing measurement "tools" which will show provider-friendly results. Probably consisting of an animated .gif. I would think it is very similar to speedtests, customer polls, etc. Although people can come up with negative speculation on how they think IPSs would react, but that is what it is. |
