Every year seems that every provider has some kind of price increase. Comcast, Dish, Directv, and so on. None of them have frozen prices for a long period of time. So I don't let the price dictate my decision as much as the service does.
Does Directv have everything I want in HD? Yes
Is Directv adding new HD channels? Yes
Are they the HD leader right now when it comes to national channels? Yes
Do they have HD locals in my area? Yes
Do they have NHL Center Ice with a lot of the games in HD? Yes
Do I have problems with my picture or equipment hassles? No
So, I am not going to argue. Directv is going to keep getting my money until someone else steps up to the plate and can beat them on content and service. |
