I'm looking for an app like WinMTR but that offers a little more info. Ideally, I'd like to find an app that will continuously ping an IP and supply a timestamp each time a packet is lost. Looking for a pattern on the timing of my lost packets since its infrequent but seems to be regular (hourly or so.)
