[Equipment] Teleblend Cut me off no reason- ticket 317112

all of a sudden I lot dial tone on my Adapter on 28th Jan. Called CSR and they couldnt find my account. It looks like some one deleted my account (Including my online account) from their system. I paid all my bills and I am current. My billing website is still on but my member portal is gone. They are saying its with engineering. I can understand how can this happen. I am really mad, I had a sick person at home and needed the phone really bad for last two days. TB dissappointed me right when i need my home phone. All details in tickets. Any one from TB support please help in expediating this

Thanks When I dial from outside, I still get number not in service or disconnected. I still dont have dial tone. I rebooted my TA also.

I just triggered your device to restart, and it registered. You should now have dialtone.

Thank you.. Now it works.. Great support. One thing I found out is I lost all my contacts online ? Not sure if you guys had to recreate my account or what? Is there any way I can get back my contacts ?
